Ice Monster - Healthy Dessert
Author: Nastasshea@Nesh
This is a REALLY NICE PLACE to de-stress yourself on a hot day with a big bowl of ice shavings topped with your choice of FRUITS and ICE-CREAM along with MILK!
I understand the ice-cream is purely home made or some secret recipe. Any how their desserts are pure LOVELY! Not even sinful because it’s healthy in a way that they focus alot of fruit based.
My brother just did a minor surgery so I thought I spend him a good dessert at Ice Monster since myself have not been there yet.

I ordered the Kiwi Milk Ice! Combination of Kiwi ice-cream, fresh kiwi fruits, milk and ice shavings! Oooo this one is so good I just want to go back there again for another round!
Kiwi Milk Ice - RM9.00

My brother devoured in Mango Ice-Cream. Not only the 3 scoops of ice-cream are there, it is also topped with chopped fresh mangoes and bottom are pure ice shavings to go well with these yummy toppings.
Mango Ice-Cream - RM8.00

This is the layout of the place.. not too clear thanks to my cheap handphone. Overall the environment is very cool, warm, and a perfect place for a good social activity because it’s not noisy. One can even bring a novel to read and enjoy savouring over their favourite fruits in shavings and ice-creams.

The pictures are as good as the real food as they arrived on our table. One can really look forward to a good presentation from them.

They had some famous local artiste visiting for a nice dessert to calm their stressful lifestyle.

Ice Monster is so rare that they only have one in Malaysia (Subang), one in Japan and another in Singapore. They are opening one in Korea soon and maybe Rain will enjoy himself over a good dessert!

The Nutritional Value of Fruits! This is the key points of why I said this place is guarantee NOT SINFUL. Their desserts will not make you feel guilty!
I HIGHLY recommend everyone to drop by and try out their desserts. Even if you hate desserts, try at least ONCE because you will not regret it!

Author: Nastasshea@Nesh

Creme Brulee is one of the best and most divine recipe that I have ever tasted in my entire life.
I am a dessert freak, that I must admit. I endure almost anything that is sweet, creamy, and soft. Creme Brulee meet my needs for such taste!
What is a Creme Brulee? You’ve heard this from places or movies and people talk about the delicious touch of Heaven as they put a tiny spoonful into their mouth.
Creme Brulee is a dessert that originated from places of Britain, France, Germany, The Czech Republic and Spain.
It appeared in France in François Massialot’s 1691 cookbook, and the French name was used in the English translation of this book, but the 1731 edition of Massialot’s Cuisine roial et bourgeoise changed the name of the same recipe from “crème brulée” to “crème à l’Angloise”. In the early eighteenth century, the dessert was called “burnt cream” in English.
It is very simple to prepare this desser whenever you are having a party or bringing your masterpiece (Creme Brulee) to somebody’s party and show off how a great cook you are!
